Will You Dance With Me?

I was sent this as an email, there was no author's name, but is pretty profound, and sadly very true.

Will You Dance With Me?
READ THIS CLOSELY.... IT'S PRETTY ACCURATE..

Too many people put off something that brings them joy just because they haven't thought about it, don't have it on their schedule, didn't know it was coming or are too rigid to depart from their routine.

I got to thinking one day about all those women on the Titanic who passed up dessert at dinner that fateful night in an effort to cut back. From then on, I've tried to be a little more flexible. How many women out there will eat at home because their husband didn't suggest going out to dinner until after something had been thawed? Does the word 'refrigeration' mean nothing to you?

How often have your kids dropped in to talk and sat in silence while you watched 'Jeopardy' on television?I cannot count the times I called my sister and said, 'How about going to lunch in a half hour?' She would gas up and stammer, 'I can't. I have clothes on the line. My hair is dirty. I wish I had known yesterday, I had a late breakfast, It looks like rain.' And my personal favorite: 'It's Monday.' She died a few years ago. We never did have lunch together..

Because North Americans cram so much into their lives, we tend to schedule our headaches. We live on a sparse diet of promises we make to ourselves when a ll the conditions are perfect ! We'll go back and visit the grandparents when we get Steve toilet-trained. We'll entertain when we replace the living-room carpet... We'll go on a second honeymoon when we get two more kids out of college.

Life has a way of accelerating as we get older. The days get shorter, and the list of promises to ourselves gets longer. One morning, we awaken, and all we have to show for our lives is a litany of 'I'm going to,' 'I plan on,' and 'Someday, when things are settled down a bit.'

When anyone calls my 'seize the moment' friend, she is open to adventure and available for trips. She keeps an open mind on new ideas. Her enthusiasm for life is contagious. You talk with her for five minutes, and you're ready to trade your bad feet for a pair of Roller blades and skip an elevator for a bungee cord..

My lips have not touched ice cream in 10 years. I love ice cream. It's just that I might as well apply it directly to my stomach with a spatula and eliminate the digestive process The other day, I stopped the car and bought a triple-Decker. If my car had hit an iceberg on the way home, I would have died happy.

Now...go on and have a nice day. Do something you WANT to.......not something on your SHOULD DO list. If you were going to die soon and had only one phone call you could make, who would you call and what would you say? And why are you waiting? Make sure you read this to the end; you will understand why I sent this to you.

Have you ever watched kids playing on a merry go round or listened to the rain lapping on the ground? Ever followed a butter fly's erratic flight or gazed at the sun into the fading night? Do you run through each day on the fly?

When you ask ' How are you?' Do you hear the reply? When the day is done, do you lie in your bed with the next hundred chores running throug h your head? Ever told your child, 'We'll do it tomorrow.' And in your haste, not see his sorrow? Ever lost touch? Let a good friendship die? Just call to say 'Hi?

When you worry and hurry through your day, it is like an unopened gift....Thrown away..... Life is not a race Take it slower. Hear the music before the song is over. It's National Friendship Week.. Show your friends how much you care. Send this to everyone you consider a FRIEND. If it comes back to you, then you'll know you have a circle of friends. To those I have sent this to... I cherish our friendship and appreciate all you do. 'Life may not be the party we hoped for... But while we are here we might as well dance'

Business Opportunities Galore

Hey, are you feeling like me? I am reeling from all the business opportunities that are flying around these days. I just can't help but to feel like the world is pushing me to pick theirs.

But guess what? I already have my own business. The question now is, how do I attract people to my business team without them feeling pushed too? I am the least pushiest person around, and I certainly know how it feels to be skeptical, and afraid of being scammed.

I know my business opportunity is second to none, but how does anyone trust me on this? If you were to ask my friends and co-workers, they'd tell you how trustworthy I am, but the reality is, that without having that personal relationship, how do you know?

I am feeling overwhelmed these days by people reading my Squidoo lenses, http://www.squidoo.com/MLMworkingforyou and following me on Twitter, and me not knowing what the outcome of it may be. I guess I'm stuck with knowing what comes next in this internet world. I am doing some great training, which has gotten me this far, so onward and upward I go!

I am on an amazing journey of knowledge, and I know there are great things out there for me. Patience is definitely something I am needing to exhibit. Thank you for reading my innermost thoughts. It feels good to get things off my mind, and down where I can see them. I have a new web site that I'm promoting, check it out. http://www.traceyarcari.marketingmerge.com/guide

Making Money With Relational Marketing

What is relational marketing? Well it is a lot like social marketing, direct selling, or MLM. The main difference is that you are buliding relationships with people you want to become full or partial business partners with.
First you need to find a reputable company to do this with, then you need to start with friends and family you want to spend some time with. Too many companies out there sign you up and leave you to fend for yourself. With all the companies out there, how do you choose the best one? Well here is some criteria the company you choose should meet.
You need to find a 5 star opportunity. What is this? Let me explain. First of all they must have a great product that you yourself use, and are happy with. Make sure the product you are promoting can be backed up with literature, and testimonies.
Second, you must have great timing. What do I mean by timing? Well for one it must be a ground floor opportunity, like for instance, Mona Vie is only 4 years old, so it is still considered ground floor. The product timing is important too, for example, the health and wellness industry is booming because of the aging baby boomer population. They are all looking for better health in a convenient form. So this is a great time to be promoting a nutritional product like Mona Vie.
Thirdly, the compensation plan they have has to be terrific. How easy is it for you to make money? What type of system do they have? Are there bonuses? Do your points accumulate over time, or do they get flushed away? All questions to be asking yourself when researching. Mona Vie is the best I've seen so far. The points you get are not flushed away, unless you choose to quit. They pay you every Friday on a special debit card, no waiting for checks in the mail. They have tremendous bonuses. You only have to sign up 2 people on the binary system to start getting money. Everyone works as a team. They make it so easy! They boast 1 new millionaire every 8 weeks! No other company out there can make that claim!
The fourth star includes the managment. A company should have a fantastic managment team. The company should also not have any debt, which is a sign of good managment. Mona Vie actually has a board of directors, which are an amazing team. They are there to make sure the company does well, and puts its' distibutors first. They also have a top notch customer service center, which is very important to answer all the questions in a timely manner. Mona Vie has it all, and then some. The founder of this company was invloved with other MLM companies, and has learned from all the mistakes they made, and has perfected a one of a kind company.
The fifth star is the "cause" the company is associated with. Mona Vie has a wonderful cause called the MORE project. They give back to the people of Brazil by getting children and families off the streets. They give job training so they can get jobs, they have built many orphanages, schools, hospitals, and safe houses. They are saving lives, and providing quality counselling for anyone who needs it. Mona Vie is also helping to save the rain forest from poachers, who chop down these important palm trees. There is so much more that I could say, but I don't want to make this too long. You could check out my Squidoo lens for links, and more information.
http://www.squidoo.com/MLMworkingforyou ,and please consider joining my group called Being a True Monavier.
The support you get with this company is phenominal too. Lots of great training, and tools are available. You could check out my web site and look at the video about the opportunity as well.

One of my best friends is making more than $1600 per week, and I know I can duplicate her. This is so exciting! I have huge reasons why I want to do this. Do you have dreams? Can you make them happen with the job you're doing now? Do you need extra income? This is an opportunity of a lifetime, but once the word gets out there more, the opportunity will diminish greatly.
Now is the right time to get started helping people with a better quality of life, and eliminating chances for disease and illness in our lifetime. We need people like you to build relationships, and help make this a better world, one person at a time. Thank you for reading my blog. Please check out my new web site http://www.traceyarcari.marketingmerge.com/guide to help you with your marketing.

Food Matters

Does anyone realize that we are what we eat? I don't just mean fat either. I am talking about the stuff in our foods. Does anyone remember the acid rain days? Well we still haven't recovered from it. Our soil is still nutrient depleted, and full of harmful chemicals. Plus we still spray our produce with many things, and pick the food way before it ripens. The food you buy in the markets today is not fresh picked. Most of the time you are buying produce that was picked a week or more previous. It wasn't picked ripe, it was picked green, then put in a gas chamber to start the ripening process before we get it. Let me let you in on a little secret; folic acid is needed for nurtrient absorbtion, and most soil is deficient of it. That means the food being grown is not absorbing any nutrients from the sun or soil. The sprays we use don't allow the fruit to defend itself against anything, and therefore the food loses the nutients involved in fighting. We need this nutrient, and we need folic acid too. Our bodies are so riddled with toxins because of our food, and we wonder why our nation is so sick. Food does matter. Yet somehow we believe we are eating healthy, and are getting proper nutrition from our food, and vitamins. Now there is another topic. We don't even absorb 10% of the supplements we take. Our bodies are not designed to absorb synthetic, unnatural things. We are so brainwashed to believe that vitamins are a "fix all." What we need is whole food, that isn't riddled with toxins. Well, unfortunately, we cannot buy this in a store. Even many of the "so-called" oraganic foods are toxic too. They aren't as bad mind you, but still they come from the depleted soil we have in our nation. I can tell you there is hope though. My personal research and experience has led me to a wonderful nutritional beverage that offers this whole food, gives my body everything it needs, and is mostly made from organic, wild fruits, which are not from North America, are not sprayed, and are not picked too early. It prevents disease and illness, gives natural sustained energy, promotes healing, eliminates aches and pains, improves your mood, and helps your body look and feel younger. God gave us foods to heal our bodies, and we just have to find them and use them. Food does matter. Check out my squidoo lens about this subject too. www.squidoo.com/foodmattersnationalillness
For more information email me at traceyarcari@gmail.com or check out my web page about this amazing product. www.mymonavie.com/mymonaviejuicearcari This is a true gift from God, and I know for a fact we can live a longer healthier life if we drink it regularly. I also have a great Food Matters Video Intro for you to watch. Click on the link below.

Frustration With Money

Who isn't feeling the money pinch these days? I am no different. I wish we could just do away with money, and live free. I wish money wasn't such a presence in life. I know I am no different than anyone else, feeling overwhelmed by this subject. I am desperately trying to find my way in life, and I have so many people to help out financially. I have dreams and aspirations, just like most people do. I would like to do things with and for my children and husband, but it all comes down to money. I have been so focused these days, in learning how to make more money, and I have come across some really good stuff. I just need to implement what I'm learning, which is not easy for me. I am truly trying my best. Another question on my mind is: Am I just wasting my time, or am I on the right track? Who knows. I do know that I am on a journey of knowledge, and I need to go with the flow, and see where it takes me. Thanks for listening, I needed to vent my thoughts.

Sleep problems

Over the last few months, I have really paid attention to how many people out there have sleep problems. I am amazed that we can even function in a day! I personally struggled with this issue, as did my mother and my daughter as well. I don't think we give sleep the credit it's due. What happens when we lack sleep? Our bodies suffer greatly. Our immune systems are compromised, making us get sick easier, our brains can't function at their normal level, we get sleepy at the wrong times during the day, we are moody, we lack energy and motivation, it leads to obesity, or even the other side of it, anorexia. Do you think this sleep thing deserves more of our attention? I certainly do! Most of us just barely function, and chalk it up to it being just a part of life. Well let me tell you it isn't just "LIFE". There are many reasons why we don't sleep. Some of it is medical issues, some is stress related, and some of it is just the inability to get things done in normal waking hours. Some of us cannot shut our brains off at night either. I can't tell you how to overcome these things, but I can share my story and help you find a solution. First, there is my mother. She has always had trouble sleeping, and has taken many sleeping pills in her day. She had a sleep study done, and discovered she has Sleep Apnea. This of course, is a big problem for many people. This is a medically related problem. She also has stress in her life, and has difficulty shutting her brain down at night. Then there's myself. I am lucky not to have Sleep Apnea, but I do have the stress, and the overactive brain. My 10 year old daughter has this same issue. She thinks way too much at night! Thankfully we have all found a wonderful solution. We are all drinking an amazing nutritional beverage that has helped us find sleep again. We all feel terrific! It's amazing what getting proper nutrition can do for your body! Who knew it was related to sleep problems? My sleep is so much deeper than before, which is what we need. I used to be an extremely light sleeper, and would wake many times in a night. Sometimes I would "doze" which means I sort of slept, but not really. I am so happy to have found this solution, and to have helped my daughter and my mom too. I would love to hear your comments and thoughts. Please email me at traceyarcari@gmail.com Thank you for reading my 6th blog.
