I find myself not updating my blog much these days. Why? Well I am not exactly sure. I was so driven to put out all this great information, which I did, but I guess I must have got burnt out. I find myself doing trivial things like puzzles, playing video games, reading, mostly with my husband and kids, but sometimes alone.
I hope to regain my drive and motivation to provide good information again, but for now I hope you will forgive me for not participating much. I still believe in health and wellness, and I pray everyone out there will take care of their God given bodies. Remember, God made you to be just the way you are, and He doesn't make mistakes. So please look after the gift that is YOU.
So until I feel the urge to write and update this blog of mine once again, God bless.

Feelings of Despair
Yes, I am feeling way down right now, so I thought I'd write a bit to help. My problem? Well you could say that I'm just feeling sorry for myself, but I feel it's more than that. I think my main issue is that I am flat broke, in debt up to my eyeballs, and I cannot see a light at the end of the tunnel.
Everyone and their dog has a great way to make extra money, but I am not sure what is real, and what is full of crap. So many people I hear from make huge money claims, yet, I am of the belief, that if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
Bottom line is that I really want my MLM company to do well, but I am not wanting to bug everyone I know to join me. I feel that my product and company are superior, and can be life changing. It has changed my life for the better, and I know for a fact that this company isn't full of crap. How can I show everyone else out there that this is a fantastic opportunity for health and wealth? I need team players to help me grow this business, and everyone wins in the long run. so how do I find them? Are they out there?
Anyway, I feel a little overwhelmed with starting a new business, and wish someone would help me do it. My upline is very helpful, but I want to try the internet, and they just want to call people. I am trying some attraction marketing training, but I am even overwhelmed by that as well. There is so much to learn and do. How do I know if I am doing it right? Am I unique enough? Do people enjoy my content? How do I get people to be interested in what I am offering? I am trying to give value to everyone, but sometimes I am so confused and just don't know what to do next.
Can anyone relate? I don't mean to be negative, I am actually a very positive person, but sometimes I lose focus, and feel hopeless. I am very honest, and trustworthy, and perhaps a tad bit gullable too. I just wish I could get people to see what I see.
Thanks for listening, I do feel better for writing my thoughts down.

Observations Of People And What Ails Them
I have been doing some obvservations of people and what ails them. In my job I see many people, and I hear about their problems, whether I want to or not. The majority of these problems are health related.
I have come to the conclusion that either they don't really care to do anything about it, or they have gone through trying to fix themselves with no luck. Many of these people have gone to doctors galore, yet nothing has worked. Some just do nothing because they don't trust the doctors, but don't know what else they can do. Some even try a few things, but don't give them the time they need to start working. And very few are actually proactive in seeking out alternative methods.
I listen time and time again to these people, and I always come to the same thoughts in my mind. I wish I could just tell them about something that is amazing and works on many things they tell me about. But in my job, I cannot do that because it would be a conflict of interest.
These are a few questions that I would like to ask these people:
-What if you could eliminate your pain and suffering, how much is that worth to you?
-What if I could offer you something natural to help you sleep better?
-Would you like to increase your energy level naturally, and have it last?
-Would you like to improve your memory and concentration?
-How much are you willing to spend to improve your health and fight off disease?
-Did you know there is a nutritional beverage that can improve your life dramatically?
-could you use some extra cash?
I could go on and on with questions like this, because I know first hand that people, including myself and my family, can heal their ailments. Our bodies are designed to do just that, but we have to give them the correct fuel to do that huge job. Unfortunately, most of what we eat doesn't have even close to the right amount of nutrients. And most supplements we ingest are highly unabsorbable.
So here is what I really want to tell all my patients about, but can't. A fabulous nutritional beverage called Mona Vie. If I could, I would make sure everyone in the world was drinking this juice. It has the capability to heal almost anything because of its' unique content, and amazing attributes. It is very absorbable, is a whole food, is organic , and comes from many remote areas of the world.
I also would love to share with my patients how it has helped my family, and many other friends and their loved ones too. It truly is amazing, and is a remarkable gift from God for us to use. He wants us to heal ourselves, and this is the tool to do the job.
Please consider trying this amazing juice for yourself, or recommend it to someone you care about that is suffering in some way with their health.
Here is the link that you will need to check it out, and don't hesitate to contact me.

Happy Mothers Day!
I just wanted to take this opportunity to say happy mothers day to all the mothers out there! My mom was just here for a short visit, and I was really happy to see her. I really have missed her and as I get older, I feel more and more connected to her.
The wisdom she carries is phenominal, and I love to hear her telling me stories of my childhood, and everything she has learned over the years.
Of course, there are moments when I do not agree with her, and times when I feel she is too meddiling, but that's a mother's job. She knows I will always do things my own way, and she's okay with that. She has raised me to be my own person, and would be disappointed if I always followed everyone, including her.
So, I must say I love her more than ever, and I will cherish all our memories for my entire life.
Happy mothers day mom!

A Woman's Heart Attack Symptoms
This is a very compelling story of a woman's experience with a heart attack. It is very different than a man's, so please read, because you may save a life.
NURSE'S HEART ATTACK EXPERIENCE
I am an ER nurse and this is the best description of this event that I have ever heard/read. Please read, pay attention, and send it on!
Diane K. in A FEMALE HEART ATTACKS
I was aware that female heart attacks are different, but this is the best description I've ever read.Women and heart attacks (Myocardial infarction).
Did you know that women rarely have the same dramatic symptoms that men have when experiencing heart attack ..you know, the sudden stabbing pain in the chest, the cold sweat, grabbing the chest & dropping to the floor that we see in the movies. Here is the story of one woman's experience with a heart attack.
'I had a heart attack at about 10 :30 PM with NO prior exertion, NO prior emotional trauma that one would suspect might have brought it on. I was sitting all snugly & warm on a cold evening, with my purring cat in my lap, reading an interesting story my friend had sent me, and actually thinking, 'A-A-h, this is the life, all cozy and warm in my soft, cushy Lazy Boy with my feet propped up.
A moment later, I felt that awful sensation of indigestion, when you've been in a hurry and grabbed a bite of sandwich and washed it down with a dash of water, and that hurried bite seems to feel like you've swallowed a golf ball going down the esophagus in slow motion and it is most uncomfortable. You realize you shouldn't have gulped it down so fast and needed to chew it more thoroughly and this time drink a glass of water to hasten its progress down to the stomach.
This was my initial sensation---the only trouble was that I hadn't taken a bite of anything since about 5:00 p.m.
After it seemed to subside, the next sensation was like little squeezing motions that seemed to be racing up my SPINE (hind-sight, it was probably my aorta spasms), gaining speed as they continued racing up and under my sternum (breast bone, where one presses rhythmically when ministering CPR)..This fascinating process continued on into my throat and branched out into both jaws. 'AHA!! NOW I stopped puzzling about what was happening -- we all have read and/or heard about pain in the jaws being one of the signals of an MI happening, haven't we? I said aloud to myself and the cat, Dear God, I think I'm having a heart attack!
I lowered the foot rest dumping the cat from my lap, started to take a step and fell on the floor instead. I thought to myself, If this is a heart attack, I shouldn't be walking into the next room where the phone is or anywhere else ... but, on the other hand, if I don't, nobody will know that I need help, and if I wait any longer I may not be able to get up in a moment.
I pulled myself up with the arms of the chair, walked slowly into the next room and dialed the Paramedics ... I told her I thought I was having a heart attack due to the pressure building under the sternum and radiating into my jaws. I didn't feel hysterical or afraid, just stating the facts. She said she was sending the Paramedics over immediately, asked if the front door was near to me, and if so, to un-bolt the door and then lie down on the floor where they could see me when they came in.
I unlocked the door and then laid down on the floor as instructed and lost consciousness, as I don't remember the medics coming in, their examination, lifting me onto a gurney or getting me into their ambulance, or hearing the call they made to St. Jude ER on the way, but I did briefly awaken when we arrived and saw that the radiologist was already there in his surgical blues and cap, helping the medics pull my stretcher out of the ambulance. He was bending over me asking questions (probably something like 'Have you taken any medications?') but I couldn't make my mind interpret what he was saying, or form an answer, and nodded off again, not waking up until the Cardiologist and partner had already threaded the teeny angiogram balloon up my femoral artery into the aorta and into my heart where they installed 2 side by side stents to hold open my right coronary artery.
'I know it sounds like all my thinking and actions at home must have taken at least 20-30 minutes before calling the paramedics, but actually it took perhaps 4-5 minutes before the call, and both the fire station and St. Jude are only minutes away from my home, and my Cardiologist was already to go to the OR in his scrubs and get going on restarting my heart (which had stopped somewhere between my arrival and the procedure) and installing the stents.
'Why have I written all of this to you with so much detail? Because I want all of you who are so important in my life to know what I learned first hand.'1. Be aware that something very different is happening in your body not the usual men's symptoms but inexplicable things happening (until my sternum and jaws got into the act).
It is said that many more women than men die of their first (and last) MI because they didn't know they were having one and commonly mistake it as indigestion, take some Maalox or other anti-heartburn preparation and go to bed, hoping they'll feel better in the morning when they wake up ... which doesn't happen.
My female friends, your symptoms might not be exactly like mine, so I advise you to call the Paramedics if ANYTHING is unpleasantly happening that you've not felt before. It is better to have a 'false alarm' visitation than to risk your life guessing what it might be!
2. Note that I said 'Call the Paramedics.' And if you can take an aspirin. Ladies, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE! Do NOT try to drive yourself to the ER - you are a hazard to others on the road.Do NOT have your panicked husband who will be speeding and looking anxiously at what's happening with you instead of the road.Do NOT call your doctor -- he doesn't know where you live and if it's at night you won't reach him anyway, and if it's daytime, his assistants (or answering service) will tell you to call the Paramedics. He doesn't carry the equipment in his car that you need to be saved! The paramedics do, principally OXYGEN that you need ASAP. Your Dr. will be notified later.
3. Don't assume it couldn't be a heart attack because you have a normal cholesterol count. Research has discovered that a cholesterol elevated reading is rarely the cause of an MI (unless it's unbelievably high and/or accompanied by high blood pressure). MIs are usually caused by long-term stress and inflammation in the body, which dumps all sorts of deadly hormones into your system to sludge things up in there. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive.
A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this mail sends it to 10 people, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life.**Please be a true friend and send this article to all your friends (male & female) you care about!**

Butter Vs. Margarine
FACTS you probably didn't know. Someone sent me this email, and it is very interesting. I think I will switch!
This was passed on to me by a medical doctor friend.
Pass The Butter .. please. This is interesting . . . Margarine was originally manufactured to fatten turkeys. When it killed the turkeys, the people who had put all the money into the research wanted a payback so they put their heads together to figure out what to do with this product to get their money back.

When it killed the turkeys, the people who had put all the money into the research wanted a payback so they put their heads together to figure out what to do with this product to get their money back.
It was a white substance with no food appeal so they added the yellow coloring and sold it to people to use in place of butter. How do you like it? They have come out with some clever new flavorings.
DO YOU KNOW.. the difference between margarine and butter? Read on to the end...gets very interesting!
Both have the same amount of calories. Butter is slightly higher in saturated fats at 8 grams compared to 5 grams. Eating margarine can increase heart disease in women by 53% over eating the same amount of butter, according to a recent Harvard Medical Study.
Eating butter increases the absorption of many other nutrients in other foods. Butter has many nutritional benefits where margarine has a few only because they are added!
Butter tastes much better than margarine and it can enhance the flavors of other foods. Butter has been around for centuries where margarine has been around for less than 100 years.
And now, for Margarine.. Very high in trans fatty acids . Triple risk of coronary heart disease. Increases total cholesterol and LDL (this is the bad cholesterol) and lowers HDL cholesterol, (the good cholesterol)
Increases the risk of cancers up to five fold.
Lowers quality of breast milk.
Decreases immune response.
Decreases insulin response.
And here's the most disturbing fact.... HERE IS THE PART THAT IS VERY INTERESTING! Margarine is but ONE MOLECULE away from being PLASTIC..
This fact alone was enough to have me avoiding margarine for life and anything else that is hydrogenated (this means hydrogen is added, changing the molecular structure of the substance).
You can try this yourself: Purchase a tub of margarine and leave it in your garage or shaded area. Within a couple of days you will note a couple of things: * no flies, not even those pesky fruit flies will go near it (that should tell you something) * it does not rot or smell differently because it has no nutritional value; nothing will grow on it. Even those teeny weeny microorganisms will not a find a home to grow.
Why? Because it is nearly plastic. Would you melt your Tupperware and spread that on your toast?
Share This With Your Friends.....(If you want to 'butter them up')!

Swine Flu Panic
I would like to share my thoughts on this Swine Flu Panic. I know everyone and their dog is worried, and rightly so, this is more than just your average flu. It has caused a number of deaths already, but so far only in Mexico.
Why do you think we are so worried? I have an opinion as to why this may be. We are unhealthy as a nation. To fight off a substantial bug like this one, our immune systems have to be near perfect, and we need to have some good preventive health practices in play. I know we don't like to admit it, but we as a majority don't have a clue how to do this.
Do we eat enough of the essential foods to make our bodies have this fighting power? Some of us do, but the sad reality is that at least 90% of us don't. I have a couple of health related articles that I have written, and instead of repeating what I've already wrote about, I will refer you to them. www.squidoo.com/foodmattersnationalillness and www.squidoo.com/investinginhealth
I highly encourage you to get proactive with improving your health, and immunity, and the best way to do this is through whole non-toxic foods. This can be very difficult to find where we live, but I know for a fact there is a product that I personally use that is the best for this. The scientific studies that have been done on it proove that it works.
Here is a link to my personal web page about this product. Please take this important step for your health, and give yourself a fighting chance against this horrible Swine flu.
